LEARNING CONFERENCE REFLECTION

At my learning conference I showed my mum I loved sharing my learning
with mum and dad. I told her what she can help me with and she has started to help me with math and homework and spelling. When I showed her my art she loved it my Teacher did the slides and I read it out. I did make a some mistakes but otherwise I thought it was amazing. Once I had finished I conclude with thank you for watching. I had so much FUN !!!!!!!!
Integrity games

Our game was called kiwi hunt.
The kids were good at listening but not good at playing our games. but we had a brilliant time. I like teaching little kids about games that we make up.

Instructions:
1.Ten Balls are hidden by the referees. (the older kids)

2. Once the year 1 and 2 kids find a ball they yell out ‘Got it’ and one of the older kids gives the kids a hockey stick.

3. Once they get the hockey stick they try to get the ball to one of the hula hoops.

Variations: make the game harder and harder every game but not to hard for the kids by hiding them in different places.

YELLOW BY SHANTELLE

                                        YELLOW BY SHANTELLE

Yellow is the bright sun shining happly down. It is the glory of the color you use all day Yellow is a sunflower smiling at a white pebble dropping from the dull blue sky. It is a color that blinds you when you you look in the shaggy nice old sun. Yellow is the color you pick to make a yummy lemon pie. It is the wonderful color of birds feet waddling though the dark long green grass.Yellow is the the shining color of the color of the stars glitting in the night sky. It is the sad color of a kiwis heart looking bright and fuzzy. Yellow is a fuffy young chick popping up  from the little brown egg. It is a skinny giraffe grazing in the hot bright small green lawn.
SWIMMING By Shantelle

The clappers went and I swooped in I raced down  encouraging and shrieks ran down the lines. Growing angrily, we zoom down our hearts strike as we touch the end on the lane. Carefully , one by one jump out and start to drip and drop. We get pats on our backs. Thinking smartly, we watch the kids swim  rapidly.cracking cheering as I touch the ruf end until I find myself coming 4th. Slowly I make my way down to the end of the lane and stop and I sit down now I know what it feels like.
